• Currency: All prices are displayed in USD. International payments may incur currency conversion or processing fees from your payment provider.
• Automatic Renewal: All subscription-based plans renew automatically unless canceled at least three (3) business days before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: Accounts may be canceled at any time through your HeartlandHost client area or by contacting support.

5. 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

HeartlandHost offers a 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee for new hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied within the first thirty (30) days, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees under the following terms:

• The refund applies only to first‑time hosting accounts. Renewals or repeat orders are not covered.
• The guarantee does not apply to accounts that have used any free trial, demo, or introductory promotional period of any kind.
• Domain registration fees, setup fees, or add‑on services (e.g., dedicated IPs, SSLs, or software licenses) are non‑refundable.
• Refund requests must be submitted through the support portal within 30 calendar days of initial activation.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days upon approval.
• Accounts terminated for abuse, spam, or Terms violations are not eligible for refunds.
